- The Oxfam Shop Corporate Card Creator is a very simple guided step by step process. If at any point you have problems with the creator, please email xmascards@oxfamshop.org.au and we will answer your questions.
- Are envelopes included within the purchase price?
- Yes, envelopes are included within the unit price.
- How does the proofing process work?
- Upon receiving your order, we will create a pdf proof of the card, and email you this proof. We will not print any cards until you are happy with the proof. If you want to add a logo to your card design, please ensure that your logo is supplied as a high quality file, i.e. a 300dpi image. Our preferred format is a vector .eps file. Alternatively, a high resolution tiff file may be supplied in solid black and white.
- How long will the proofing process take?
- Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery within Australia (though in most cases this time should be reduced).
After receipt of the order:
1 – 3 business days prior to receiving the proof
After the proof is approved:
Allow 2 – 6 days for overprinting of your cards

Standard delivery within Australia takes 1-3 days. If you need to speed the delivery process up, please contact our corporate card team at xmascards@oxfamshop.org.au and we will provide a cost for express posting for your order.
