Frequently Asked Questions

  • I would like to speak to a real person and don't want to use the Oxfam Shop Card Creator.
    • You can ring 08 8240 7671 or email xmascards@oxfam.org.au and our corporate team will take your details and manage your corporate card purchase. Please also email us if you have any questions / issues with our custom card creator.
  • How do E-cards work?
    • E-cards are animated versions of our corporate cards. Upon receipt of the email containing your corporate card link, you will then be required to forward the e-card to your friends / colleagues / customers. Upon receipt of your e-card, they are a click away from receiving your customised card and greeting.
  • How do I send an e-card to my contacts?
    • After signing off the e-card proof, you will be emailed your custom e-card. You can then forward this card to your contacts. If you would like us to send the e-card on your behalf, this will incur an additional charge and a minimum of 2000 e-cards is required. As part of this process, we will also require your contact list as a csv file, containing First Name, Last name and email address.
  • Are envelopes included within the purchase price of the custom printed card?
    • Yes, envelopes are included within the unit price.
  • How does the proofing process work?
    • Upon receiving your order, we will create a pdf / animated proof of the card, and email you this proof. You are then required to sign this proof off. If you want to add a logo to your card design, please ensure that your logo is supplied as a high quality file, i.e. a 300dpi image for print or a 72dpi logo for your e-card. Our preferred format is a vector .eps file. Alternatively, a high resolution tiff file may be supplied in solid black and white.
  • How long will the proofing process take?
    • For printed cards...

      Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery within Australia (though in most cases this time should be reduced).

      After receipt of the order:
      1 – 3 business days prior to receiving the proof

      After the proof is approved:
      Allow 2 – 6 days for overprinting of your cards

      Delivery:
      Standard delivery within Australia takes 1-3 days. If you need to speed the delivery process up, please contact our corporate card team at xmascards@oxfam.org.au and we will provide a cost for express posting for your order.

      For E-Cards...

      Please allow up to 3 business days, after payment has been received for the processing / customisation of your e-card.
  • How much will my cards cost?
    • Cards are priced per item. For custom cards there is a minimum order of 25 cards.

      If the order contains 300 cards and below, an additional set up fee of $50 added to the total price. For e-cards, the set up fee is $300 for all quantities. Additional expense will occur if you require your e-card email to be sent on your behalf. Please contact oxfam@fmda.com.au for details.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity for customisable cards?
    • Yes, the minimum order quantity is 25 for all customisable cards. If you want to order a smaller quantity, you can purchase our Oxfam Shop Christmas card packs here.

    • Last order for our E-cards is 20th Dec 2011
