Postage and handling
For delivery within Australia, postage and handling is 15% of the goods total, with a minimum of $6.00 and a maximum of $16.00.
There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.

For delivery to New Zealand, postage and handling is 20% of the goods total, with a minimum of $15.00 and a maximum of $40.00.
There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.

Delivery
Delivery of handcrafts is by Australia Post. Under normal circumstances your order will be despatched within a few days and arrive within 2 weeks. Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel.

Wine orders
Wine is despatched separately from handcrafts and is delivered Australia-wide by Australia Post's wine delivery service. Wine cannot be sent to addresses outside Australia. If wine is ordered with other items, a separate courier cost of $16.50 per dozen will be charged for the wine, on top of the delivery charge for handcrafts, foods and CDs. Please note the charge for wine packs of 3 incurs a $6 surcharge and for packs of 6, a $10 surcharge applies.

Please note, it is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Wine will not be delivery to premises that are unattended. It is a requirement that at the time of delivery, wine deliveries will need to be signed for by a person over 18 years of age.

Overseas orders
We only send out catalogues within Australia, however, we are happy to take overseas orders through the Internet. Please note that, in order to make fulfilment of overseas orders manageable, there are a few requirements:
1. Payment for the order must be by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
2. You must stipulate whether you wish the goods to be sent by airmail, economy air or seamail within the field 'special instructions'.
For delivery outside Australia (except New Zealand - postage and handling charges detailed above), postage and handling is 15% of the goods total, with a minimum of $40.00 and a maximum of $100.00. If you wish to contact us in respect of International delivery charges please email mailorder@oxfamshop.org.au.
