For online / phone orders, Australia wide standard deliveries, under normal circumstances will be delivered 3 -5 days from submission.
For postal / faxed orders, Australia wide standard deliveries, under normal circumstances will be delivered 5 -7 days from submission.

Within Australia
For delivery within Australia, postage and handling is 15% of the goods total, with a minimum of $6.00 and a maximum of $16.00.
There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.
Within New Zealand
For delivery to New Zealand, postage and handling is 20% of the goods total, with a minimum of $15.00 and a maximum of $40.00.
There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.
Overseas orders
We are happy to take overseas orders through the Internet. Please note that, in order to make fulfilment of overseas orders manageable, there are a few requirements:
1. Payment for the order must be by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
2. You must stipulate whether you wish the goods to be sent by airmail, economy air or seamail within the field 'special instructions'.
Overseas freight charges
Postage and handling is calculated as 15% of the goods total. For delivery overseas, outside Australia (except New Zealand), the delivery charge has a minimum charge of $40.00 and a maximum charge of $100.00.

Non standard deliveries
Wine orders
Wine is despatched separately from handcrafts and is delivered Australia-wide by Australia Post's wine delivery service. Wine cannot be sent to addresses outside Australia. If wine is ordered with other items, a separate courier cost of $16.50 per dozen will be charged for the wine, on top of the delivery charge for handcrafts, foods and CDs. Please note the charge for wine packs of 3 incurs a $6 surcharge and for packs of 6, a $10 surcharge applies.

Please note, it is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Wine will not be delivery to premises that are unattended. It is a requirement that at the time of delivery, wine deliveries will need to be signed for by a person over 18 years of age.
