Postage and Delivery
How long does it take to process orders?
- Online and phone orders will normally be despatched the next working day.
- Faxed or Posted orders will be despatched within 5 working days after we receive it.
What are the delivery timescales?
- Standard delivery: after despatch Australia Post estimate delivery of 5 – 7 working (or business) days for metropolitan areas but this can often takes less time. If your address is in a non metropolitan area, Australia Post may take longer.
- Express Post: after despatch delivery will take 1 – 2 working (or business) days.
- Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel.
What are the delivery costs?
- For delivery within Australia, postage and handling is 15% of the goods total, (minimum $6.00 - maximum $16.00).
- There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.
- Australia-wide Express post is available at a fixed $25.
Can I 'send to a friend'?
- Yes! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.
- Just choose the delivery address option during your Checkout
Overseas orders
- Postage and handling is calculated as 15% of the goods total. Excluding New Zealand, delivery outside Australia has a minimum charge of $40.00 and a maximum charge of $100.00.
- Please specify your choice of Airmail, Economy Air or Seamail within the field 'Special Instructions'.
- For delivery to New Zealand, postage and handling is 20% of the goods total, (minimum $15.00 - maximum $40.00)
- There are no postage and handling charges for Unwrapped Cards.
- Food items can not be delivered overseas
