Save water with these slow-release plant waterers. Choose from bird, frog or snail dripper designs. Place them in the pots of your houseplants, fill them with water and they will slowly irrigate the soil. Each dripper is approximately 16cm tall.

These clay watering stakes are produced in Kartikpur, southeast of Dhaka, a pottery village that has been producing household goods and kitchen items for many generations. Changes and preferences for new materials within the domestic market have replaced pottery in most Bangladeshi kitchens. As a result, the potters livelyhood was threatened and it became difficult for the whole community to survive. Adapting old techniques to new applications Oxfam shop developed these happy watering stakes to ensure ongoing work for local potters.
