Gospel House Handicrafts work with nine, small-scale producer groups in different parts of Sri Lanka. Their production unit for toys is in Madampe provides lots of employment for young people and women. All products are manufactured using environmental friendly material and techniques. The puzzles are made from "Albezia Falcataria", one of the fastest growing trees in the world. It is harvested after its useful life as windbreakers on the tea plantations of central Sri Lanka. This group also handpaints the face details onto the puzzles.
