Crisp fruits of apple, pear and with soft melon overtones and some complexity from the Semillon make this one that you will fall for. This will go with so many things but we’d start off with a glass and take it from there. Fish, Chicken, Seafood – Phad Thai noodles or anything else that take your fancy.
