Seat Cover

A chair seat cover made in Nepal from felt - the world’s oldest known fabric. No chemicals are used in making these covers. When finished they are dried by the heat of the sun. Many under privileged Nepalese women have become involved in felt making as a way of improving their standard of living The seat cover is blue with dots and circles in white, red, yellow and a lighter blue. It has ties for fixing to a chair. 45 x 40cm.
