Cleanskin 2006 Cabernet Merlot - Langhorne Creek
This wine has a wow factor, we’ve had good reviews so here it is again – smoother still with more bottle age on it. All the fruit you could be looking for and a rounded mouthfeel and soft silky texture that good Merlot fruit brings. Violets, plums and berry fruits and that wonderful earthy character so present in good cabernet. Great drinking now or cellar 3 years. Match this one with some good cheeses, barbecues – great with duck or goose.

Cleanskin 2006 Unwooded Chardonnay - Langhorne Creek
Stelvin capped and true varietal characteristics in this release. Easy drinking and all the peach and melon that people love without the overoaked emphasis that has given Chardonnay a bad name. A great crisp finish to match it so well with food – from Asian, through seafood and Mediterranean dishes. Great with Blue Cheese Puff Pastry parcels in the warmth on a Sunday afternoon.
