Who pays for the return postage?

We do. Even if you just change your mind about a product, return postage is free within Australia - as long as you return the item within 35 days of delivery. This means you can order with confidence, knowing you'll get a full refund if you want to try something from Oxfam Shop. Please check your invoice for detailed instructions on returning a product.

Exceptions
We can't accept the following for return unless they are damaged:

  • Food & Drink items
  • 'Oxfam Unwrapped' cards
  • Pierced ear earrings (health reasons)
  • CDs where the packaging has been opened
