Returns:


Who pays for the return postage?
We do. Even if you just change your mind about a product, return postage is free within Australia - as long as you return the item within 35 days of delivery. This means you can order with confidence, knowing you'll get a full refund if you want to try something from Oxfam Shop.
 
How should I return my item?
Please re-use the packaging materials the product arrived in.  Fragile items should be bubble wrapped and posted in a rigid box.  Please also include your invoice, complete with your reasons for returning the item.  

Where should I post my return to?
Please send all returns within 35 days:
(Please return you goods as soon as possible as returns can take 2-4 weeks to be received into the warehouse)

Can I return my order for Free?
Returns within Australia are Free – however, there are no free returns on items sent to an International delivery address.  The cost of posting the goods back to Oxfam Trading PTY lies with the purchaser.
 

Refunds:

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 35 days of receipt, or to your nearest store in Australia within the same time period.  
 
We cannot offer refunds for the following items, unless they are damaged. 
  • Food & Drink items
  • 'Oxfam Unwrapped' cards
  • Pierced ear earrings (health reasons)
  • CDs where the packaging has been opened
  • Clothing range - Refunds will not be issued if washing instructions have not been followed.
  • All items that are deemed unsaleable 
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging.
 
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Time period for refunds:
Refunds will not be processed until the item is returned to Oxfam and inspected by our team. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
 
Unfortunately there is no free returns on items sent to an International delivery address.  The cost of posting the goods back to Oxfam Trading PTY lies with the purchaser.
 
Exchanges:
You're not able to return items for exchange - if you want to change an item for a different size or colour, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items will automatically be refunded.
